A deposit of AU$60pp is required for all tours and accommodation packages except those involving Hostel or Hotel accommodation in which case it is AU$120pp.
The deposit should be paid within seven (7) days of the date of the invoice to secure the booking
Final balance is required six (6) weeks (42 days) prior to ‘Departure’ date for tours and ‘Arrival’ date for Accommodation only packages.
If not received by due dates the booking will be considered cancelled by the buyer (Client).
