Based at Campingplatz Thalkirchen we offer you the choice of either two bedded cabins or two man tents with air mattress (share basis) With prices from as low as £98pp for a three night stay including breakfast and shuttles all you have to do is choose which and when! All packages are minimum 3 night stay.

Camping:

Cabins:

The cabins are basic accommodation with two single beds with fitted sheet (sleeping bag required) and are heated. The cabins are lockable and a 10€ deposit is required for each key issued which is refundable on the return of the key.

Hotel: Pension Locarno

Our City Centre Hotel is ideally located as a base for the Oktoberfest as it is just one minute from the main railway station and just a short walk to the Festival grounds. A family run establishment, where you are sure of a friendly welcome and excellent service, we have a range of rooms to choose from and all include a substantial ‘Continental Breakfast’ With a choice of juice, tea, coffee, cereal, cheese, cold meats, fresh rolls and preserves, just help yourself from the buffet in the comfortable breakfast room.

Based on a minimum three night stay, any weekend of the Oktoberfest (Fri/Sat/Sun) and with extra nights (subject to availability – on request basis) this is not only good value but a relaxing place to stay.
All rooms are with wash basin, and shared facilities on each floor (towels supplied).

Hostel: Easy Palace Hostel New for 2008!

Situated just two minutes walk from the festival grounds, this is a very popular and busy Hostel with a superb location. The rooms have six bunk beds and large ensuite facilities, and provide free lockers for your valuables.

There is 24hr reception, no curfew, internet access, self service laundromat, self–catering kitchen and TV room.
Breakfast is not included but there is a Bar/Restaurant open from 8am where you may purchase a buffet breakfast and other meals at very reasonable prices.

Note: Sleeping bag is not required as linen is provided and towels may be rented on arrival
